Leonite is a parasite but they aren't about to kill the host. They do not want the assets in my opinion but rather to milk it as long as possible. Why they aren't moving to split the stock and go with a public offering of some sort is a mystery. Right now requests for conversions are impossible with this share structure and current narrative.
