#25874 RE: TimmayOHKAY #25872

Ahhhh, funny Timmay is back! Missed you. Sorry you are stuck with this turd. I agree with you that the uplist won't happen. The reverse split might though if they just remove the uplist/capital raise contingency.

Knowing what I know now, that uplist and capital raise were just hype to maintain interest. Just like the ever-extended merger agreement. All hype. This is a cash cow for the insiders in its current form, and if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?

It would be foolish to increase the AS so high to allow for all 9 billion conversions. That would crush the share price to 0.001 and the owners just screw themselves. Nope, this is like an annuity for them. Raise the AS a few hundred million at a time. Keep the share price around a penny. Reverse split soon to make it more attractive at dimes or even dollars. Convert 10% at a time and sell to sucker retail. Rinse, repeat, get rich. It's a long play for them and actually quite brilliant.

You do have a choice to make though. Harvest that loss eventually for the tax offset. There may be some miracle pop in the future. But the long-term company plan is clearly to allow for 9 billion of converted common shares slowly over time so they don't immediately destroy all value. My crystal ball is crystal clear on that one.
