#392579 RE: Lemoncat #392576

You say Mr. Ehrlich cares only for his salary money and cares nothing for the value of his shares or mine or yours. I think this is wrong. Even before the virus time he could have sold all his shares and walked away from Ipix with 20 or 40 years salary in his pocket and no responsibility or work needed. This is what you would do if you only care about making yourself comfortable.

"And you definitely don't do it when you have locked in $10M to keep that salary going for 20 years if you know the drug doesn't work."
You think Mr. Ehrlich wants to still be CEO of Ipix when he is 82 and just making some salary? I think this is wrong.

"He has a great thing going right now. If the drugs work, awesome. If not, just keep authorizing shares and pulling in that salary."
I believe Mr. Ehrlich is not happy to increase Ipix shares and I expect a new money source before any new shares are necessary. Mr. Ehrlich does not want to issue shares or make a reverse split for the same reason you and I do not want that. Because it affects the value of his action. Again I think this is wrong.

We will see.
