#88834 RE: Frayed Knot #88829

No worries, I was glad to post more factual info. Alex DeLarge, aka Steven M. Gallagher, was a scalper and he used ASTA to do so. Unfortunately that occurs much too often, that’s no secret. Just like you said, It’s EM!! Wake up traders!!

Be nice to each other and buy . . . asta . . .”, “Did you
panic sell? I didn’t!” and “$asta just buy the OTC gold”. He made approximately $46,500 in profits scalping this stock.

Excellent post Ms. Fox. Thanks so much for the info and for the link!

I must say I am not surprised at the BS this guy was doing, very typical in Scams like ASTA .

I am surprised he was CAUGHT. Hope more are! The OTC needs to be cleaned up, that's for sure!

So he was warned and he didn't stop. Again, not surprising. Also not surprising that he was SELLING while telling people to buy; WHAT ELSE would he be doing.. it's what cons do!!

For me, way too much of that going on with ASTA, seriously, it's EM!! ASTA along so many other scams I am watching. "Buy buy buy"..... NFW

WHY would anyone tell others to buy such a worthless stock/company, especially when it is run by a moron AKA Tiny Mickey Davis, if not to try to make money on the Sell side.

Folks are getting busted for promoting this stock, finally. Tsk Tsk…

Despite these warnings, Gallagher brazenly continued to engage in scalping in his Broker A account by tweeting about and selling shares that he already held in that account. For example, Gallagher continued to scalp shares of Astra Veda Corporation (“ASTA”), a Wyoming corporation headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, whose common shares are quoted on OTC Link.
From September 2, 2021 through September 28, 2021, Gallagher sold 5,000,000 shares while tweeting dozens of buy touts such as, “Be nice to each other and buy . . . asta . . .”, “Did you
panic sell? I didn’t!” and “$asta just buy the OTC gold”. He made approximately $46,500 in profits scalping this stock.
