Really doubt those "pestell" shares were purchased thru Paulson. Have seen times where CYDY would distribute shares but not register so basically worthless to the guy receiving shares for payment.

And we now see on some SEC docs where the language is NOW included where CYDY will make effort to register those shares. Maybe that was just another nodder game and no longer exists?? Sorta sad that was allowed--EVER
