BINGO. Oklahoma is the best logical fit. Oklahoma is already medical legal, and anyone can get a license, so it's like the wild west. Just the kind of environment JD thrives on, where it's disparate mom & pops that are ripe for rolling up into consolidation by SHWZ.
In my opinion AZ already has too many big-name MSOs and would be harder to penetrate. Besides with OK they would have a good chunk of the perimeter around the GOLDEN GOOSE....Texas.
AZ could potentially work, way down the road once SHWZ is a heavyweight in the region.
