With insiders owning over 700 million shares. An RS seems highly unlikely.

Yes but need to confirm restricted shares. From filings those looks bigger than what is reflected on otcmarkets and there was the S1 for 750 mil. Company needs to update the TA…… but think the float is still similar at the moment.
