Restricted trading is not the problem I see there. That they only have a 50% interest in the well is the problem. Subtract royalties and taxes, and they only have 35%-40%, yet all the paperwork and salaries remain the same as full interests.

IMO, either it is way overpriced, or like I said, Hemi is way underpriced (by .50?), even with just what we know.
