Just make sure your device validation doesn't cause the desktop experience to suffer due to the poor mobile interface! Windows 10 main menu button for example! Tis sticky and does not go away on mouseout... Probably should have a mouseover entry instead of buttonclick. Watch the size(width) of the menu as it can be a pain in the ass when trying to interact with other elements of the page and inadvertently trigger the menu.
