Why is it BS? This first acquisition was only for a small percentage of the company with the option to buy it outright. "The Company has closed on an initial 6% stake in BEi and has secured an option to acquire the remaining 94% within 12 months (the Transaction)."
People have been in this a year plus and have had the expectation this was going to be huge. This acquisition was pretty underwhelming so the selloff is not surprising. Let's hope they plan to announce several other acquisitions in quick succession.
