Can't speak to that, but if the use of BioAmber's name to profit is suspected, I'd notify LCYB since they own it.
More likely is the "Chyna" thing was just another fabrication to keep all the marks guessing. BioAmber didn't own anything over there.

How would any facility in China have any relationship to Bioamber? Bioamber has no employees, nothing whatsoever.
