So the trailing twelve month eps was .185 when you factor today's small and final increase of the o/s.
$6,832,000 in earnings divided by 36,980,377 is .185. A p/e ratio of 15x is $2.78 a share.
The forward p/e of 15x on expected earnings is $35.7 million. Divide by the current o/s, and you get an eps of .97. Multiply that with a p/e of 15x and what you get is $14.55 a share.
So we should be trading anywhere inbetween $2.78 to $14.55 a share, based on fundamentals.
