Here's the annual report filed by BioAmber just prior to the bankruptcy. I just did a word search (which you're welcome to repeat) for "Landian" and "Shandong." Neither term appears in it.

Whatever that is, it didn't belong to BioAmber.

And, once again, the likelihood they failed to disclose significant assets and operations is zero.
