There's a World of difference between providing factual history of someone and being a "saboteur".

Well, Scottsdale seemed pretty happy to have someone provide them with detail on all the "loans" HPNN decided to to not pay back, as well as all the liens on any assets that the CEO and/or HPNN has (they have no assets), as well as the detailed criminal charges and the fact that HPNN did not disclose the $9 million it owes just one person.

I would not be surprised if the HPNN false financials and the material omission of fact attracts the attention of SEC and FINRA. Their tiplines are excellent resources to report fraud by CEO's.

shareholder should be happy about all the important DD provided by some here. I'm guessing some may be wishing they had done their own DD, instead of listening to the serial fraudster CEO of HPNN's lies. Do you agree?

It is great that truth is the best defense against someone trying to chill free speech and investigations.

When facts are facts there isn't a damn thing anyone can do about someone posting the truth. I suggest you read up on the law....

Michaels would shoot off his big mouth about suing people in the past for exposing the truth. The truth is he doesn't have a pot to piss in, and there's no way he'd ever win anyway. He's scum and that's a fact. When you do the crime, you suffer the consequences of rightfully being identified and labeled as a slime ball.

I wonder when shareholders going to sue saboteur. I think a lot of exposure on this board.
