Save this till last in closing argument. It’s the last impression that can tip the scale and make up for other drama or forgotten facts. Average man can’t remember past his ego. Lay it all out there, with fact cheer sheet so as to form the farce and hidden agenda of all who were involved. All the peddlers and receivership lovers mean nothing at that point.

a 1099 will be issued to you ---- and for non IRA accounts - it will separate ordinary income from capital gains -- for you

as GOV gets the same 1099 --- it is what it is

At this point $16 would be incredible based on current share price. While I hope for more, and believe we deserve more, I can still retire well at $16 per share so I'd live with it. It's far better than what we have today.
