Yeah, apparently I am not the only one that thinks PT will leave a mess behind in Mexico. It is a familiar tale with folks that run hobby mines or scam mines (not sure exactly where Santa Elena falls in that spectrum). Run it until investors are bled dry, then walk away. Then go to Nome.
