I'm not following what you're attempting to say about full disclosure. Earnings are due out after the bell. You know something that the rest of us don't know, feel free to share it. The court decision has not been publicized but those that have been following the court case have access to the public records and we have reviewed them and are extremely happy that the court has appointed a third CEO to oversee operations. It's all over the internet if you just look for it especially on stocktwits and all of the DD has been posted here as well
