Yes.....interesting. And since he put a timeline on it, to me, that would suggest that there is a particular reason for the delay. And that would certainly not be the financials themselves. Unaudited financials can but updated very easily and not require much time.
I had always thought that they would wait on the new Fiscal Year to initiate any material events, July 1. It would seem that there has probably been just that but if they filed their financials now it would have to be included in the subsequent events disclosure. Therefore, the reason for no filings yet.
Their silence is starting to make sense now. The reason for the tweet stating next week, so they could miss it, and soak up some more pissed off penny players inventory, which we saw last week. One more person, exhausted hope and bailed. Funny, someone was there to soak up all those shares with 6 digit trades an double prints.
