I'm not sure what happened today. It looks like price fixing by Assured Holdings.

Someone sold off shares heavily premarket. It was either retail getting greedy or Assured Holdings fixing the share price before the final Offering on the 24th.

I searched different websites for the float or an updated float on Assured Holdings and came up with the same unchanged float of 8.3 million.

Is it possible to dilute shares by Dark Pool trades? ??
