The latest irrefutable evidence is that brilacidin doesn't work at all in humans with moderate and (not very severe) COVID-19, and nobody is going to give a 5 day IV course that causes severe hypertension and also (allegedly "mostly mild") peripheral neuropathy in upwards of 70% of recipients as prophylaxis.
