I don’t think that is even on any radar. They went thru significant effort to eliminate all convertibles and debt. Just raised 1 million and have attached warrants at .013 for additional funding. All restricted shares. I believe they will be very cautious with share structure.

A more likely scenario to me is to acquire hemp verticals, scale them for a year or two and if maturing and ready trade on a higher exchange.
