personally - I see such set of arguments going down a bunch of roads not needed

each such time --- it allows for diversion and such

e.g. the condition of F and F at time of seizure can be debated for a century

but IMO it has no impact on the NWS which of all things --- to me - sticks out as the TAKING (ALL PROFIT !!!) and how wrong and illegal and large the NWS was

not arguing right or wrong - but saying the simpler the better ----- do not go down roads that allow argument not needed for us to win the argument that the GOV stole the companies and owe us compensation for such taking
