In reality on day 1 when SOME of the newly issued shares are available for sale only a small portion will be sold ‘immediately’. Certainly nowhere near 35%.

You DID assume all 350 MM shares hit the market because you stated 35% dilution.

Not close. I have not written ”all at once”. Your post added that. I dont need that assumption. I just assume that Cytodyn will do things progressively as they have always done over the last 5 years. Whether it’s 100% diluted or 80% diluted then tiled with the next dilution, whether it’s in 6,8 or 10 months, i dont need that level of detail to see that there will be a big issue for public investors. You dont need a scale to determine that a very fat man is fat. Same corporate and finance insiders (Kelly, Migliarese), exactly the same incentives with their luxurious but cash-burning packages, so of course they will do as they did before and that is sufficient to back my prediction.

All my points, taken exactly as I have written them, are unchallenged.

You can google “short-sell against the box” if the point about how a private investor can synthetically sell shares before they are unlocked is not clear. The technique comes from short selling (hence why many short sellers are familiar with it) and used here in the same way albeit to resolve a different constraint (short sellers are usually constrained by borrow issues, not by lock periods).
