From this first official communication (not a press release) to shareholders by bowmo ($CZNI), price was at .0008 on July 27, 2022. It’s my opinion that when price breaks back above .0008, it’s on. Accumulation/shakeout mode is in full effect, just a matter of time now.
BTW the company clearly stated NO reverse split. And monthly earnings and Q&A calls coming soon. And maybe more importantly, a company press release about the merger agreement should be coming soon.
