Could not agree more. The CEO wouldn’t bring this up if he didn’t need to. He’s protecting his ass. That’s what he does. He floats out all the potential things that can go wrong. Hence 4 cents after nine years.

He needs to sell the company. New company gets rid of a million in salary, 1,000 per month for car and 5,000 per month for housing.

Yeah...................Lannett is going to bail on Elite with Adderall IR while at the exact same time working with them on launching Generic Sabril.

Good grief.....

There's a reason Lannett hasn't submitted a notice to terminate the Adderall Agreement even though they got the approval all the back on July 8.

This isn't complicated.

Must be why Elite’s CEO is not waiting to find out whether Lannett bails on their relationship.
