probably because thousands of people sunk thousands of dollars each into the stock based on information provided to the market by the company itself --- and then subsequently the company and it's leadership / executives / management did not follow through with the work they spoke of and brought no value to the shareholders and the stock has tanked. lots of bag holders here --- sometimes they don't just shut up about it. that's probably some of the reasons people keep talking about it,
