It's now August 19.

Lannett knows they have to give a FULL 6 MONTHS notice to terminate the Agreement.

Therefore, they would have filed the termination notice WEEKS ago given they know they can't launch for a FULL 6 MONTHS.

Conclusion: Lannett ain't launchin' ANYTHING until the Agreement ends on March 5, 2024.
