End of the year will mark 5 year point and a large amount of Debt will likely be converted to Equity for two of the members. Some interesting developments this year along with logistics. Still this is quite the snoozer to this point. One can only speculate where this is headed, but has definitely seen some changes over time in the play and management mentality. Something collaborated with the folks at One Astor Place would be a heck of an accomplishment. Maybe with Disney, Nickelodeon, Legoland etc.
