When you say "the company", who is the company? If its the same clowns that built the mess there in now,then you would trust an arsonist to put out there own fire!LOL

-- Currently key members (or former key members) of SLJB are accused of illegal trading of company stock.

-- Currently key members (or former key members) of SLJB are accused of illegal manipulating of company stock prices.

-- The former CEO of SLJB has reportedly admitted on tape to the RCMP to illegal trading/manipulation of the stock, a copy of this affidavit from the OSC investigator is available at:

-- The company (and or reps) are accused of disseminating false and/or misleading PR's.

-- PWC and KPMG refutes ANY claims to have been completing or contracted to Audit Sulja and sent cease letters to Sulja and asked for retraction from the company BEFORE forwarding the info to the OSC.

-- The company missed a "date certain" reporting date for the A/F's.

-- The company has retracted cement deals previously stated as "finalized".

-- The latest PR put out by the company states that it is under investigation by the OSC and an inquiry is being done by the SEC.

-- A trade halt is in effect in Ontario by the OSC.

-- The latest PR put out by the company states that all past PR's should not be relied upon.

-- The company (and/or key members) diluted the stock shares repeatedly.

-- Asset appraisals for the company still have not been reported.
