No halt, the sellers quit after yesterday's Tweet and the Bidders haven't decided to hit the Ask yet, so not much happening. I expect buying into the close by those who don't want to go into the weekend without their desired position filled. Time will tell.
OTC's never get halted like BB's for volatilility intraday or for anything for that matter.
They doesn't mean they can't go to the gray market, get a CE, etc. but HIRU isn't in danger of any of that since it's up to date on all of it's financials and in good standing with OTCMarkets and it's SOS activity.
