I for one Did not particularly like this part of their conglomerate outreach. And I don't necessarily approve of the process Or urbanization in general.... But that doesn't mean the projects like what they're talking about out are not feasible. Have you ever been to any one of the popular "tourist towns/area" in Mexico, Central America, Or the islands.? Take a walk of less than a 1/2 a mile and you go from a general standard of living comparable to the US.... To abject poverty.
The EXIM bank Does not usually approve loans for projects they would find economically worrisome.

There are over 7100 Islands in the Philippines, which Island are you referring to? As soon as we know, we will give you proper data of housing of that Island. Economic growth rebounded in 2021 even with the shit fake covid crap. Show the report that you are referring to. That's right there is no report. BTW, Only 1/3 of the Islands are inhabited by Homo-sapiens.
