So shame on Nasrat as he’s had nine years now to drive the stock price up. He’s actually seen a decline in PPS during his leadership.

One of the following two things is going to happen with Doxycycline:

1. Elite is going to buy the other 50% of Doxycycline from SunGen.
2. SunGen is going to buy the other 50% of Doxycycline from Elite.

Ever since SunGen's financial hardship several years ago, they've been nothing but a hassle to deal with.

Nasrat doesn't want anything to do with them anymore. We've(Mikah) already bought back Adderall XR, Adderall IR, and SunGen also fully transferred Concerta to Elite.
