You're Specifically Referring to Settlement pertaining to the Judgement in Veltex's Favor, that Occurred in March 2012, right?)

Also, We Gotta Find More Clarity as to the Interest Calculation...Specifically We'd like to know if for the last Ten Years (and beyond) is the Interest Amount in Calculating the Deferred Tax Asset Still 10.00% Annually?

Or is Annual Interest 0.21%, per the Document Filed with the U.S. District Court, Central District of California?
