When the head pot-head running this scam actually tries to convince the uneducated that some bullshit marketing OTC site uploads are somehow "necessary as a prerequisite" before submission of documentation to a Federal Agency of the US Government.
The SEC could quite literally care less what the hell a penny scam posts to some completely unregulated marketing site designed to fool unsuspecting penny dreamers.
This is a level of sad that can only be achieved though hours of surfing Reddit for ideas on keeping a collapsing scam above water.
