What didn't SIPC lie about, is the question. SIPC said they made, sold and shipped pot grow lights. LOL never did anything. Partnered with countless others in alcohol and NEVER made more then enough to dump shares. Most of the others they partnered with are now no bid or trips.
Could go on and on and on but you have to do the work on these schemes as they are easy to see if you know what to look for.
