#89329 RE: chaostrader #89328

As I've been trying to say it doesn't really matter. Anybody looking at this long term can only evaluate it based on its "VALUE" potential. Is it possible they won't grow or ever be recognized by US investors or there numbers are "exagerated"? Guess what...the same is true of THOUSANDS of OTC stocks.

Look at all the crap OTC stocks out there, most have little to no revenue, and even more aren't even profitable. AND the few that are, are TRULY overvalued or prices run up on fake speculation or "promises" of future "contracts" etc. I won't even go into the massive amount of ongoing dilution and toxic lending, also something SFIO does not have.

In the OTC you evaluate the facts you have, evaluate the "value" based NOT on "hopeful speculation", but, "is the current pps compared to market cap trading at LESS than the average of other OTC stocks,....THEN compare that to other stocks "value".

All the rest is just, "symantics". Audits are great and I hope they are completed....but they don't guarantee the company has future value,, just that the dollars are accounted for. Show us something better that has history and whose value is not based on a flash in the pan on time "contract".

You don't like they way they are proceeding or trust their numbers... there always one choice you have....take it....or....
