I wouldn't even put it past Jeffrey to be purchasing stock right now to help raise the share price sufficiently enough so that he can begin to unload the 3-4 billion shares he and Hicks has to sell starting on August 25th. That doesn't mean he's going to do it right away of course. He needs high volume momentum and liquidity.
