I recall the company talking about how the BDD was also a way to open communications with the FDA. They mentioned that the FDA does deal with a lot of BS and it's a good idea to build a relationship with them to show that you're basically legit and not trying to pull something funny on them for your own personal gain.
Yeah I wish I had extra cash for these levels, but I don't regret buying when I did because you just never know when that one PR is going to double the price instantly. I try not to get wound up over buying a penny too high lol.
