There are things going on
Yesterday Biden signed a major bill that will have a significant impact on Niocorp. If your products are on a specified list (ours all are) then you get a tax credit equal to 10% of your production costs. That will be a tax savings of many millions of dollars per year for Niocorp. There is also a lot of features in this bill to stimulate the production of REEs in this country. There are only a very few known places in this country where this is possible, Elk Creek is one. As Richard Thomas has suggested, go to the Niocorp web site. There is a long PR that provides more details on this bill.
