It is OVER FOLKS - this scam can't scrape $5K to PAY THE CPA FIRM for "work already performed" and were formally notified !!
The MOOCH has FLED THE COUNTRY - anyone can get mail forwarded from a mail drop and Corp service agent they pay $25 a month or whatever. Access to the SEC EDGAR and BACK-END system can also be done via anywhere on planet earth - the MOOOCH and his kid are GONE and no "business" is being conducted or taking place !!
When they can't pay a lousy $5K TO GET THEIR ACCOUNTING DONE as a public traded entity = ONE KNOWS IT IS OVER and is a SCAM of epic proportions !!
This NOT a :"mistake" or "Stupid mgt" - these are serial CONS and grifters and this is how they "wrap up" the BIG CON as they flee with all the cash from the PUMP and DUMP that kicked this POS off in the first place !!

WE QUIT AS YOUR CPA - AND you owe us $4,500 and WE WILL NOT ASSIST ANY NEW CPA-ACCOUNTING FIRM UNTIL WE SEE THE CASH YOU OWE US - so pay up, or we hold/sit on the work we've performed already !!
NO WAY does this POS file in the next 5 days their 10-Q, not a chance in hell now knowing THIS is why the CPA firm walked and is "holding" the goods on the accounting numbers.
NO CHANCE a new CPA firm can be hired in a matter of days and be willing to put their name to a sham as dirty as this FUBAR mess !!
