Why would Dr. Degrado make the Brilacidin anti-virus presentation to the USA military? That does not make sense for me.

Okay for the rest from my information but maybe imminent is not the correct word. That can change in any time but there is a high value expectation for the second license on Brilacidin. The Payer Analysis was beneficial.
