KBLB still needs to dilute about another 30-45 MILLION shares to repay the $3 MILLION (+ interest) in toxic convertible debt from YA II PN.

So far, KBLB has diluted 27,872,680 shares for a total of $1.4 MILLION (+ interest). That leaves another $1.6 MILLION to pay off.
