married50, the multiple zones already tested could be either dry or gushers. Don't know; they had a plan to test 4 zones and will do so regardless of the results of the first or second zone results are.
Zion has applied for long licenses before and not gotten the full term asked for. I kinda thought they were overreaching in asking for both a new license and a 3 year term on the existing license. The Ministry came back with the standard 6 month extension. I didn't read anything negative into it. One the positive side, this means Zion only has 6 months to declare the result of the well; it can't drag on longer. Israel probably does want to know the result timely as well as us.
Yes, I think we are close in getting all zones tested. But, there is considerable work and therefore time after that to determine the well's economics and submit to the Ministry and get the Ministry's approval.
