I thought Z played that smart. Before he (Will) decided to go to the drop area, Sep was away and obligated to play first.

Had Straka hit it stiff or holed out from the drop area Z may very well have thought it was worth the risk to play as it lay and not take a penalty stroke.

After Sep hit long into the bunker it became a no brainer For Z to lift and hit from the drop area. Imo
