I guess the market decided it won’t get excited until at least the FDA accepts the newly filed BLA.

I concur.

Unlike GMDA which is in a far more advanced stage, the market
is still cautiously optimistic as is reflected in its Market Cap.
MDWD is an excellent example of delayed market reaction to
its progress.
