Who sold it ? And why they sold?

Do you ANYTHING CONCRETE AT ALL TO BACK IT UP ?

How do you know it’s not A BUY ?
Or maybe they’re been buying back shares all this time ?

Prove to me in filings that this is/was dilutions? And not a buy back by the company?
