Yes, and most insider shares have sold into market already. The double black diamond days were very likely the lows for the year. The price insiders pay has no impact on what the company should be valued at given revenue recently booked. There is alterior motive in doing nothing but bringing that up. Makes people wary of buying.
No solicited quotes means a real MM not even back in yet. The retail crew moving price here. when solicited quotes come back I wouldn't be surprised if this ran into multiple cents so they can sell it down again.
