I hope KT and TM can execute on some of the plans they have laid out, for the sake of all shareholders.

I'm not sure if this is related to those initial investors but it looks like the LGH case is being appealed to the ninth circuit court in California.

We need more details from KT regarding the SEC/Crown Bridge case regarding "if", any of the outstanding legal proceedings (Peak/LGH) are part and parcel of that case.

I see the current O/S as a major obstacle to the "drive to five" as that would mean a market cap of 350-500 million. Not an easy feat to accomplish, imo.
