Her shares unrestricted are over 12x smaller then her O/S. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ATMH/security How is it not seen they have been protecting the market from any scamming? It's been over 2yrs since their only R/S.

Over 2yrs of being current and only having 2.9 million shares trading in the market is unheard of for any OTC company. It's only because new management is funding the company with their own money.
