Lowman: Agree that the debate as to which is better is needless here. Thoughts are that HMGP has a similar business model as RGNO but available information from RGNO is still a bit thin at this stage and so this is still a speculative play.
It may be worth you looking at posts on the management here. Search under Rohlfing. Robert Rohlfing is VP of Drilling of RGNO. He was previously the VP of Dusty Mac Oil and Gas which became TGA TransGlobe Energy Corporation and uplisted on AMEX. Now at around 5 dollars with 58 mil OS. Rohlfing worked in the Oaklahoma region for the last 9 years with them, before becoming part of RGNO. RGNO's main focus now is Oaklahoma. Still waiting for lots of info here, but management seems to be of a good calibre.
